Positives: I really like how they took my request seriously and added the heart shaped petals I requested as I went there with my spouse for valentines day. all in all the room was great and the staff were friendly.

Negatives: in my opinion i would say that there was nothing i didnt like. if i were to nitpick i would say that the bed was too soft for my liking but my spouse liked it so no complaints there.
