75$ previously unmentioned pet fee; almost the cost of the room. most competitors only charge 0-$30 pet fee. no luggage carts or staff to be found to help with luggage. Poor accessibility with parking. No de-icing of walkways. Extremely poor experience.

I've stayed here quite a few times. However, this last stay was not as good. The suite was not clean. Upon pulling out the sleep sofa, there were food wrappers, crumbs, and dust all over, and underneath the sofa was dirty.

The location was great. The pool was heated and kept immaculate. The hot tub was great. The room was spacious and it was great having the kitchen in it. Breakfast was exceptional with many choices and tasted good. I found the staff very friendly.

The rooms are very spaceious and well equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The kitchen even had dishes and cookwear. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking.
Negatives:
There was a cheerleading convention in town that weekend, and while most guests were respectful there were a select few above me making a lot of noise and running/jumping around. I thought the hotel could have done better to deal with this disturbance.

The receptionist was rude and in my opinion needs to be retrained at her job. Carpet in the room was not vacuumed (if it was, it was a bad job).
