Positives: It was new, clean and super close to the airport. The bathroom was well laid out with plenty of bench room. The room was an excellent size for 3 of us in one room with luggage. Car parking was simple. We took the car rental back at night ready for the next day's early morning flight and used the hotel shuttle to move back and forward for this exercise. The shuttle ran every 30 minutes 24/7

Negatives: The restaurant was closed for renovations. They had suitable alternate arrangements, but I would have preferred to know in advance.

Positives: I liked the location

Negatives: How questions asked were not answered completely. No one told me that the shuttle would not have the Aloft name on it. Waited at the airport for a bus that apparently kept passing me. A damage deposit was put on my credit card without telling me ahead of time and then I had to check my credit card to make sure they took it off. it was one night. What kind of damage would I have caused to justify such a hefty deposit? When I got my statement, it turns out they overcharged me.

Positives: location to airport - very convenient. The shuttle service is also very convenient - the driver was very kind and polite. The room is comfortable as well.

Negatives: It is unfortunate that there is no restaurant on site. While you can purchase snacks - it would be great to be able to have a hot meal for dinner or breakfast.

Positives: Proximity to the airport is great free shuttle but. The staff tried very hard and were very friendly. pool area was great too. staff held our baggage for free security and allowed us to use the facilities all day while we waited for the flights.

Negatives: No open bar and no where to get anything. Rooms a bit battered. Hall way carpets need attention.
