Positives: Dear Booking,I would like to formalize a complaint about the Aloft hotel, where I stayed from April 5th to April 6th, 2024.In addition to the extremely rude staff, the hotel requires an advance deposit of $100, which I was not aware of despite having paid for my entire stay in advance. This deposit was promised to be refunded to me the next day, which proved to be a lie by another staff member.The hotel does not offer lunch or dinner, forcing me to go to another hotel to eat, which is outrageously expensive and of poor quality.Furthermore, I was assigned to a horrible room with a lot of noise all night. My stay was completely traumatic and uncomfortable. Nothing in the hotel is enjoyable or intuitive. I felt mistreated in this place with people so ill-prepared to receive guests from around the world.I would like to hear from you regarding a refund for me. Thank you.
