Positives: Staff was helpful and nice, especially to arrange the shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was diverse and good. The room had a sofa bed that was quite helpful. The beds were made in a way that the mattress sheets would not come off. So we didn't have to make the beds again once we would open them up, as it happens in many hotels. The size of the room was also a bonus. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were of good quality. Overall the stay was good.
Negatives: We didn't appreciate the fact that the cleaning staff doesn't clean behind furniture. We had a pen fall behind a table near the bed and it was disgusting. The rest of the room was nice, but the image we got is that the minimum is done in terms of cleaning. The shower was old so sometimes it was difficult to regulate to an agreeable pressure. The fee to have a pet in the room is outrageously expensive.
