Positives:
The breakfast was very good and offered a very nice selection. The issues I had with the hotel rooms were dealt with quickly and respectfully. The staff were pleasant and understanding and did the best they could at the time based on the fact that we arrived late and it was a holiday. A better room was offered. Food was offered to us for free and brough to the room. A discount was also offered on the room
Negatives:
I had booked a room to accomodate 6 people which was two queens and a fold out couch. Once we arrived into the room it was already very late and we pulled out the fold out to find there was no bedding for it and previous guests food was in the bed. I immediately went to front desk and was offered a better room still accommodating 6 people. We packed up and went to the better room and immediately pulled out the fold out bed to find crumbs from a previous guest in the bed and no bedding for the pull out. Once again back to front desk, and manager came and took photos and allowed us to use both rooms for sleep and we used both rooms but not the fold out beds. For the price they charge this was totally unacceptable and advised person at desk of same. Dont think we will use this hotel again. Also the third floor hallway carpet smelled bad, needs replacing.
