Negatives: I booked my room online, had a confirmation email with a confirmation number and all the details, and when I arrived at the hotel to check in I was told there was no booking for me, despite showing them the confirmation email. They said they had booked all the rooms and there were no options for us to stay. No apology no explanation as to how it could happen. There was a senior couple there that booked months in advance and experienced the same thing as they arrived. We had to drive very far to find a hotel that had any openings. Despite contacting the hotel multiple times to figure out what happened, they refuse to respond to my inquiries.
