The sanitary conditions are good. The bed is comfortable. The location is excellent. The underground car park is large and safe.

My room is located near the electrical room, something like that. It's a bit noisy. The room space is small. The gym and swimming pool are a bit old.

The staff in front desk were helpful.

I booked this room because of the IN ROOM JACUZZI. I sent them a message to make sure it was the room and they assured me that they will do their best. It was a lie. A blatant lie because the hotel does not have 1 room with the jacuzzi but when the front desk went online our room was indeed advertised as having a jacuzzi. They said they would escalate it. Nothing was done. This really spoilt my partner and I's birthday because we had champagne all set up for the ambiance. A really disappointing experience.
