It seemed like the hotel was being used to house vulnerable people or social care and there were lots of people hanging around the entrance and lobby at all times including late at night. Also, the decor in the room was very tired. Poor value for the price we paid.

The door to the room didn't close all the way when we left the room on the first day and when we returned at the end of the night, our hotel room door wasn't closed all the way. This was really scary. Thankfully, all our belongings were in the room, but I complained to the front desk to fix the door hinge so that the door doesn't bounce open after shutting it.
