The staff was welcoming, helpful and kind in their suggestions and balancing their busy schedule w making sure we enjoyed our first trip to Montreal
Negatives:
The toilet chamber was like an echo chamber. The open curtain design of the restroom vanities and soaking tub to the sleeping area contributed to the noise any time the toilet was utilized or flushed.
