If you cancel your reservation after Nov 30, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Liked: free breakfast, free coffee&espresso drinks and juice 24/7, free local Quebec apples, free laundry (clean!), friendly staff, clean room with windows that actually open, nice vanity mirror.

Negatives: Disliked: small, dark, carpeted room, tiny bathroom and sink area. Non functioning bathroom fan (reported but not dealt with) and by the third day the whole room began to smell like mildew with 4 people showering daily. No cleaning service for the duration of our 3 night stay. Loud buzzing parking lot lights which made opening the windows unpleasant at night. No pool. The bed hurt my back.
