Positives: The frond desk people responded quickly to calls we made from our room. Liked the coffee making machine in the room. Liked the free apples provided in the lobby. Liked the big-screen television and the channels. Liked the big beds. Liked the small refrigerator. Like the quiet and silence.
Negatives: The small reading light on one of the bed's headboard was not working. Of the four electrical outlets under the big TV screen, two were defective. The electrical outlet on the wall directly under the thermostat was loose. Of course, I reported all that in a letter to the staff. Hope they took action.
It was a pleasant stay.
Positives: Staff are nice and friendly, great customer services.
Negatives: Some equipments need to be upgraded.

Negatives: the staff at the reception were rude and snob toward me. made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Even the booking supervisor did not wanted to give my invoice at the end of the trip. He said that every hotels in the world don’t provide that kind of information when customer a booking via a web plateforme. 0/10 for professionnalism
