Positives:
The staff were so nice! Everyone was really friendly, more so than any other place I’ve stayed. The front desk staff always greeted us and initiated conversations. Even the breakfast staff asked us if we wanted anything else before they took the breakfast away.

Positives:
Rajhan and Dave were very helpful when we checked in. Unfortunately, in the morning the manager made us feel pretty bad about the accommodations that those lovely men made for us the night before.
Negatives:
I didn't like that I was made to feel bad about staying in the hotel.

Great check-in service, guilt trip...
Positives:
I like where it's located and there are few stores nearby, like IGA, Dollarama etc.
The gentleman who was at the front desk on Oct 17th around 5:30pm when I checked in, he was so nice and accommodating. He's always smiling, and I felt his sincerity & concern to us and perhaps with the other guests as well. When I came out to ask something, and he was not at the reception desk, but he noticed me right away, he quickly ran and addressed my needs. He was so polite and apologetic, as he was conscious that there's a guest waiting for him. I wasn't able to get his name, but he rendered great customer service, and I want him to be recognized.
The room was very clean, and the bed was comfy.
I find the room a bit dark, maybe because of the color of the carpet, which I found very old.
Negatives:
We checked out around 2am ish or before 2:30 am the next day, Oct 18th. It was a very disappointing morning for me. My husband came out first as he needed to load our stuff to our car. He was pushing the trolley with our stuff and whoever the staff in charge at the front desk, if you happened to see a person going out with all their stuff, you would have thought that this guest will be checking out and would somehow ask or acknowledge him.
When I came out and approached the front desk, no one was there. When I looked around, I saw this guy sitting on the couch, holding a tablet or iPad or probably a controller for the TV, he didn't even stand up as he's kind a too busy on whatever he's watching. I asked him if he works here (like at the hotel), and he answered back, saying yes. He didn't even do a good morning greeting or what. I told him that we're leaving & checking out. Still sitting on the couch, he asked me if I needed a receipt, and if not, I can go and leave. He didn't even say where to put the card keys. I was so annoyed and disappointed. The reception when we checked in was so good, but when we were leaving, it was an awful experience.
You should check your cameras and see for yourself what your staff were doing. You have employees who were doing their best to make your hotel look great and rendering a great service, but there are some that don't really care, leaving negative reviews and comments affecting the hotel image.

Positives:
We stayed here for a quick overnight. Comfortable quiet stay. Room was clean with a big nice bathroom. Little stingy on towels. Breakfast was basic but good coffee options. For a quick overnight it was a good economically choice. We often would stay at the Ramada Emerald Park and it was quite expensive for the night we wanted to stay. Decided to try the Sleep Inn and for the difference in cost it was a very good place to stay. I will book here again.
