There was a big snow storm and I am thinking they din tv have anyone to clean out there parking lot. Lots stuck and tow trucks were getting them out and that was at checkout time. They need to get someone to clean out there parking lot asap

The room was nice and clean, it was a relaxing atmosphere.
Negatives:
There internet/wifi was patchy and very frustrating. We werent notified that the pool was down for matinence when we booked.

Location was very good with easy access to the town. The breakfast was appreciated. The staff was very friendly and considerate. The hotel was kept very clean.

We booked there for the pool for our kids and was told when we were checking in that it was broken.
There was no discount offered even. We were just told we could go to a different hotel. Also at 8:30 at night a cleaning lady knocked on our door saying our kids were too loud in the hallway and she was horrible and rude. We just got back from dinner so for to get a complaint like that after only being back for ten minutes is ridiculous and again it was only 8:30
