Positives: Booked to stay at a conference. Loved everything, clean, good location, good value for money, great view of the Great White Prairie!

Negatives: Not a thing! Got hungry late and walked over the the neighboring hotel to buy some Ramen. Could have a snack dispenser handy. But it is a higher class hotel so I understand why not.

Negatives: Room not ready at the time indicated 4pm. We were told it would be about another 1/2 hour. We left our phone number to be alerted when we could complete our checkin. No one called us. After an hour we checked and our room was ready. We heard excuses, but they knew we had a reservation
