The staff. Fantastic. The building. Beautiful. The room. Cozy and warm. The view. Amazing.
Negatives:
The food. Awful. Served cold. Delayed plating between guests at our table. Failure to make adequate and equivalent substitutions (more hollandiase sauslce is NOT an equivalent to bbq pork brisket). The way we bought a package for 3 and it was not honored for tue 3rd person. Horrendous. The effort of staff and manager to resolve the issue and honour their contract. Non-existent. The receipt of a bill in spite of a promise from front desk a manager would call. Inexcusable.
