friendly service, clean rooms, a couple desks/areas to set a laptop to work if needed
Negatives:
seems like a hotel where people come to party/hangout on the weekends. It wasn't loud out when I stayed, but it rained most of the time I was there so I think that helped mitigate the hangout sessions. overall nice stay.
