Positives:
The bed was comfortable and the car wash like shower was awesome. It was the only things I liked about the entire place
Negatives:
Where do I start,.. they don't clean your room unless you ask them, when I first checked in they gave me a key to a room that had someone already sleeping in the bed. The trash outside piled up for over a week before they would pick it up, literally the trash cans would be full and trash bags full from people putting it out next to the trash can. Baby roaches were in my room. The TV was static when you turned it on. After an hour of messing with it, I had to manually put the TV onHDMIi 2 for the cable box to work. The TV would not remember your settings so you have to manually set it every time you turn the darn thing on. Really ridiculous! I never do reviews but I felt this 1 was needed. I will gladly pay extra at a better hotel next time even if I have to pay $100 extra per night!! But like I said the bed and the shower was the only good thing they had!!

Positives:
I liked the shower tower until it started leaking then the water never warmed up and started getting colder some of the spray holes looked pretty nasty to
Negatives:
The hot water ran out never got that warm. The t.v was cutting in and out the first couple hours freezing up couldnt watch it at all. There was urine in the toilet when we arrived and black mold above the tub. Only 2 small pillows to a bed and inside of the case the actual pillow looked really old and stained the comforters had stains as well

Nothing … and nothings is as pictured beds was dirty and slept horrible … we had to beg for clean towels and ended up buying our own pillows and sheets .. and not to mentions we never got shampoo or body wash.. no toothpaste etc .. and do not get me started on the the male / female cleaning staff that we caught trying to break into my car and entered our room with us saying we didn’t want disturbed

Negatives:
The hideous and classless lady who works the night shift. Foul mouth, foul attitude, clearly hates her job, and obviously, she has never held a conversation with another human being. I've met 3 year-old mops who weren't as foul and sour as she is.
