Roaches in the room, hair in the shower and on towels. Phone and microwave was dusty, floor not swept clean and it was sticky. Fridge had unfinished and opened soda cans in it.

Positives:
It's not the best for kids.... Most don't eat almonds bars, and maybe just regular strawberry or berry yogurt. Better would be the mini cereal and pick what yogurt flavor. It's still appreciated though

The location was convenient to the health service provider.
Negatives:
The room had an odd smell. The sheets looked wrinkled-- as if someone had laid on the bed. The towels were old and dingy. The television had a large scratch on the screen. The breakfast was very limited and the coffee service poor.

We chose this hotel because...
Positives:
I love the price and office staff. It seems safe there. it’s pet friendly. I usually stay at this place 8-12 nights a year.
Negatives:
Housekeeping stole a personal item from my room. I notified the front desk and the lady was extremely nice. She notified the owners. The owners never contacted me to remedy the situation. I would say almost an entire day is time enough to contact a customer to discuss personal items being stolen from a hotel room.
Also, the bathroom and floors were filthy on this stay. The bathroom is usually clean here. Housekeeping should consider cleaning instead of stealing.

Plenty of space.
Negatives:
We walked in and water in the bathtub was running. Had to fiddle with it to get it to stop. The clock on the nightstand was unplugged, so had to pull out the nightstand to plug it in and set it. Also had to set the clock on the microwave (which had a broken carousel). Went for ice and was told it was broken, so had to go to another building to use theirs. Then found a dirty towel left hanging on the bathroom doorknob. Then couldn't get wifi to work, so had to call tech support so they could bypass login authentication for my device. When we tried to hang up clothes in the wardrobe, there were no hangers, so had to go to the front desk to request some. Getting ready for bed found cigarette burns in the sheets.
