The staff were all nice. The room was clean. The bed was better than any hotel bed Ive slept in. The WiFi worked great for my kids - no complaints from them at all. The pool was fun for the kids. It was a nice breakfast - plenty of options. The few issues we had we solved almost immediately.
Negatives:
The key cards didnt work. We had to get replacements and one of those didnt work. I asked for extra blankets, but was only given one. I asked for a late checkout the night before, but it wasnt communicated to the next mornings shift.

Location was right in town and easy to get to places
Negatives:
Had to change my room twice and my sisters room 3 times. Hair under covers on bedding and pillows. Sinks and faucets were dirty. The halls and rooms smelled pot and mildew. Wires hanging out of the smoke detectors in some places. Nast walks with stains and stuff smeared on them. The bed skirts had stains on them.

Big trucks allowed to take up many parking spaces, handicapped people had to park far away from entrance. Bedside table was very dirty

The mirrors need to be included in the cleaning walls could use some spot cleaning.
