Negatives: No key card to room

Negatives: We did not receive housekeeping services the entire stay despite not having a dnd sign up. Our shower was only hot in the morning for some reason. There was construction going on right next to us. But honestly the biggest issue was this-We were informed via phone call before we got there that their key machine was down and they were working on it. At check in we were told it would be fixed the next day and until then, they would escort us to the room whenever needed. Whenever we did though, I was never asked to verify it was my actual room, and I had to say my room number in a lobby full of people that were doing the same thing. That was a HUGE safety concern, especially considering it was exterior corridors. Also they would not wait and open it in front of you, just open, prop the door so it didn’t close and move on to the next one. Thankfully I was not traveling alone. The issue was not resolved the entire stay (4 nights).

Negatives: Still under construction and the lobby seemed depressing

Negatives: Breakfast was horrible, the staff had to keep letting you back in your room, no keycards, no wifi, water was ice cold, loud noise early in the morning, and parking was horrible.

Negatives: Being upstairs and parking

Negatives: The vending machines could have had up to date items in it

Negatives: Piss stain on bed

Negatives: Pool was closed and the building was under renovation. Was not stated on the site when I made the reservation.

Negatives: Breakfast is ok but could be provide à little more choices
