We have been relocated to another hotel for 1 night out of 3 as the air conditioner in the room was broken. But no one notified in advance.
Breakfast was decent. Food was hot and there was plenty of coffee. No other drink choices other than apple juice, coffee, milk, or hot tea.
The ceiling in the corner of one room has a lot of old stains & what looked like- dust on it. Cleanliness is a pet-peeve that I have.
Overall the room was nice...
the cleanliness, staff and location were optimal.

Room was quiet, nicely appointed with comfortable bed
We arrived in a driving rain storm. There is no overhang/carport to unload bags. Everything got soaked. There were also not enough luggage racks. The sidewalk by the front door is very small and on a slope. The rack that we did find kept sliding downhill into the car. No one offered to help. We finally pulled over into a flat parking spot with the car and unloaded. It was horrible. You must give your guests someway to unload safely and without needing raingear to check in.
The room was fine once...
3 tv's in room.
Both beds in suite 106 were completely worn out. Very uncomfortable. Pillows were lumpy. Roaches in kitchen daily. Tub\Shower drain in main bathroom very slow. Standing ankle deep in water while showering. Both toilets had to plunged almost daily. Furniture in common area stained, worn out and very uncomfortable. There was always an unpleasant order in hotel and our room always smelled like a dirty nursery. Check in time was at 3pm, it was almost 5pm before a room was ready. Laundry facility was completely filthy daily. Finally when checking out at 530 in the morning, there was no staff at desk. The front desk person was cooking breakfast and I had to track them down. Speaking of breakfast, it was less than par. The eggs always undercooked. The dining room room area was ways dark and off limits due to "covid" restrictions but yet every other hotel in area theirs were open. I could go on, but I think I made my point.
Better value elsewhere.
