The rooms had a musty odor. There was no parking space available at our room. There was tape holding up the wall paper. You could not open the drapes because the sheers was being laundered so there was no privacy

The room was clean and neat.
Negatives:
The staff on Saturday PM and Sunday AM had no idea about additional services. e.g. additional towels. The ice machine was broken there was no ice at all etc. And there is no pool onsite for 10 yrs. The cleaning lady opened my door no knock @ 9:20AM..

The pool was under repair. However I didn't have time to utilize in on this trip anyway.

My stay at the Best Western was awesome. The staff was very kind and courteous and professional at all times. We opted for a non-smoking queen room and the manager upgraded us to a king room at no charge. My family and I always stay at the Best Western because of the service and the excellent staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And with our last stay were in the same room that we stayed in on our last visit.
