Positives:
My reservation was for a smoking room although my preference was for a non smoking. I called the front desk to attempt to change it if one was available. When I arrived, the change was made without hesitation. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. He remembered me from my previous visit in February.

It was not clean. We had to got buy sheets and comforter set. We had to buy hand towels and face towels. Air fresheners and plug in’s just to have a good smell in the room.

First I reserved a smoking room and the check in was cool .The bed made noises when you're in it or getting up or on it. The air conditioner was out of order. When I went down to tell them about it the counter guy said that he would come and check it out. 30 minutes later, he was at the door. He checked the unit and the plug was damaged and the socket was unsafe. So, he opened up the window, And he was pn the phone with his manager and he told us he would move us to another room. But we were on the 3rd floor so I suggested that I deserved a discount for my inconvenience. He said that he had discussed the issue with him and he said that he was talking off 15.00 dollars off my bill. Well needless to say, it didn't happen so I left.
