Positives:
Not a thing, it was supposed to have a couch. Not at all what the picture showed. Breakfast is not grab n go!
Negatives:
Roaches on the kitchen floor and the kitchen counter and in the microwave. Roaches in the restroom. Hair and dirt on the corners of the bathroom floor. AC heater was not functioning right , it was humid and hot room. Beds were small and lumpy. I was disgusted to even shower!
Could not sleep because of the bugs! Left as soon as possible. Staff apologized.

The location was close to the conference I attended. it was clean and the night and morning staff were both pleasant.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that I was on the 3rd floor, the elevator was ok but the door would get stuck on the first floor, so I had to press the 1 button just to get out. Also the refrigerator inside was clean but the outer gross me out, I thought it was dirty but it was rusty,that’s the only thing I could say I didn’t enjoy.

The location is close to the main road and stores. Easy access to go anywhere.
Negatives:
The room size is ok. The floor carpet was dirty, and the floor isn't level.
The bathroom door, one of the panel came off. The toilet is so low.
The front door seemed barely shut all the way. That's why before we left going somewhere, we made sure the door was locked.
The kitchen was clean, but the fridge didn't cold enough to put the food there. And the pantry had left some breads, cups. I guess it left from the previous guests.
The mirror placed behind the tv. How we used the mirror while the tv was on the way. And the tv is too small and the screen had speckles all over it.
The breakfast was like grab and go. There's no table/chair to sit on. They only provide coffee, granola bars and muffin.
