Positives: The manager took care of my needs when we were there

Negatives: Washer didn't work, then was told it did work that I was putting quarters in wrong, after we had already left. Bathroom door had to be forced open and closed. No elevator. There was a board on the floor that was covered with carpet, we stubbed our toe on it many times. A/C and Heater was extremely loud.
