Positives:
The rooms are good with good beds, a fridge, a microwave as and a coffeemaker. The personnel was very friendly and even babysitted one of our missing pets. Breakfast is complementary and good. There's also a laundry facility (upcharge). Pets are free :)
Negatives:
Not much. It's not a 5 star hotel, but for the service and room you pay way less than at motels with similar services and facilities. It was very complete.

There were cockroaches. I had to kill three, then one in the bed. The phone did not work and neither did the alarm clock. Very limited options for breakfast. No butter on the table.

The location was convenient to where I was going.
Negatives:
I reserved 2 King Suites, but was told they didn't have but one. I paid in advance and expected to get what I paid for... front desk did not offer any apology or any compensation for giving away the second suite I had paid for. Will not be going back to this location. I specifically chose this location because there were 2 King rooms available... I expected to get what I reserved in advance and paid for!!!

Property was in need of a remodel. Door was a poor fit but still locked. Holes in walls of bathroom where shelves should have been just generally run down over all.

Room was not cleaned the entire stay. No fresh towels were brought and could not even get an extra pillow.

The appliances are old. Needs some handyman work. Needs new trim around room. Ceiling cleaned, light bulb in lamp, and a TV channel guide. Handle placed on nightstand. And crack between room door and floor sealed. Heard a lot of outside noise because of gap.

Love that pets are allowed & that there isn't a pet deposit. The staff gives privacy & makes you feel very welcomed & at home. I stayed for at least a month & did not feel pressured from having pets or being watched. Great place. Hope the new owners don't change it up.
