Booked through booking.com which I have done for many years without issues. Apparently my reservation went through but the third party voucher system was having issues. So after listening to an unprofessional tirade from the front desk I had to give him my credit card to book the room and he told me he would work the voucher system later. It never happened. I was double charged. Spent an hour and a half on the phone with booking.com tthey could see I was charged twice but could not get Red Roof Inn to refund the charge.... Room had an oder, first thing I saw when I walked in the bathroom was a cockroach. Next to nothing was set out for breakfast. I highly recommend skipping this place.
