There was peeling paint in bath tub looked dirty. The pool and hot tub were filth green and unswimmable, the elevator was violently shakey and felt unsafe.

The tub needs a really good cleaning. Cause when you ran the water in there, you got all this back up brown dirt stuff in the tub. Other than that it was great

Everything staff were liars as well as booking.com are scammers sold me a room that wasn't even at the hotel took the payment & when I complained to the mgr general manager and booking.com they all dismissed my complaints & never returned my money. I never use either again y'all beware

Pool was closed for renovation. Hot tub was available but I wondered about its cleanliness, water looked soapy but it was good and hot.

The breakfast was awesome everyday. The staff was friendly. And the facilities were clean.

The tub didnt drain well. And that was the main complaint. I know it may have been resolved but with the dogs, didnt want to be a bother. The rate for the room was pricey.
