The staff has no clue what they're doing kept trying to put me in several rooms that people were already in asked if they didn't keep on filed what rooms occupied and was told it's in the laptop but I ain't been on it it took 34 minutes to find me available room and that was almost going from door-to-door

Didnt have any towels or wash clothes when I arrived, then when I get off work and ask the owner for towels and wash clothes, he stated; we only give it out in the morning and evening, so I asked him so this means I cant take a shower in my own room? He stated; yes, I had to track down another worker just to get towels, this was the worst experience and I will not be booking this hotel ever again.
