Handicapped parking had a car plugged into the charger, so parking was unaccessible. Person at the desk did not speak English. Doors weren't accessible unless you had someone with you not in a wheelchair. Nothing in the room made the room handicapped accessible even though that was requested several weeks ahead. If they want to rent apartments, that's what they should have bought, no coffee or breakfast provided. Even though they stated they did provide coffee at least, it was 1 day out of 5.black door was inaccessible for wheelchair.

Curtains in room a broken
House keeper come knocking on ur doir at 7a.m when chech out at 11a.m.
They call ur room bfore checkout.
They use key to come in room before checkout.
Windows are crack. It rain in room.
Suppose to be smoking rooms. But there was no ash trays.
Dogs were disturbing our sleep.
Report to front desk. And they ignored the complaint

House keeper came around at 8am talking bout house keeping n knocking on door. Then used key to enter.
