Negatives: The staff was rude and told me to leave in the middle of the night because my autistic toddler was having a tantrum. If you stay more than one day you have to housekeep yourself no phone no ice machine pretty much just beds and a TV with a bathroom that was falling apart. The faucet wasn't fastened down and the tub nor the sink drained really at all. They cancelled my reservation without notice or permission so I got a message at 1 am stating my card was invalid and my booking cancelled when they had already charged my card $536. I have yet to receive a refund for the last 4 days we are not staying there since they kicked us out for my autistic child's outburst when I requested a bottom floor room so that we didn't disturb anyone in case he did that. I don't know who I'm supposed to call about my refund since they gave no info on where it even is. Absolutely atrocious. Nobody should stay here ever.
