The staff was very nice. I appreciated having cookware provided and something larger than a mini-fridge.
Negatives:
The property had transients in the parking lots at night. The room was not cleaned well, under the beds and the front of the toilet were both very dirty.

The carpet going out in lobby and halls was filthy and old/ needed replaced. I was about to cancel my reservation until I saw the room. There was lint and trash on floor in hall going to my room. The room was clean with new carpet.

Front desk clerk messed up our group check in. Tried to tell one couple their room was canceled. Our tv didn’t work snd it took 24 hours to get it a tv and they made us change rooms. One room was filthy in my group.

This extended stay did not have suites. It is a dive and totally run down. I wouldn't mind but it was very expensive. As much as the other nice hotels. They didn't even have breakfast. Just some muffins and breakfast bars.

Homeless across the street..there were a few problems in our room which I brought to the attention of the staff. They did the best they could with so little help from missing staff. I want to thank Alex for her help.

It was dirty and the one desk girl was a bitch . We were rushed out check out day due to someone else setting smoke alarm off . Lady at side of building tripping out while her small child tried to look after her. Just not what we were hoping for. Not a place to relax when you were scared to go in lobby . So not a choice to return after that stay . I’ll search for better .

Staff were unfriendly. Room was horrible with uncomfortable mattress and dirty bathroom. The living room pullout sofa was missing a mattress, which left the sofa unusable since the sofa cushions had no support beneath them.
