Negatives:
Some of the saff doesn't really greet people or have common courtesy. One of the front desk clerks didn't even acknowledge when greeted until I insisted twice with my greeting. Until then, he kind of mumbled. For some of the staff, not all, it seems their best practice is to avoid client interactions altogether. It gives the impression we, the guests, are bothering them by just saying hi.

The stay was wonderful. The staff were kind. Judith and her night coworker were the best. Wish I could remember her name. My little boy loved her he called her Tia. It was quiet, clean, and enough parking, which is a plus

Staff at front desk is terrible, especially the male and the GM, terrible customer service and rudeness, Hilton needs to fire him, he is really sassy and rude, the next time u throw something at my wife (her Id) will be the last thing thrown

Umm I guess there was some dead bugs behind the couch. Also a random dried piece of gum just stuck to the wall

It was somewhat close to the hospital I was needing to visit.
Negatives:
I paid double the price for one night because Homewood suites would not refund a nights stay. When my father was moved to another hospital. They have ZERO SYMPATHY. I had a moments notice. No I don't recommend.
