When I checked in the room the TV wasn't working just fuzzy screen so I called the front desk and they said they would send someone which they never did. As I opened of the dresser chest drawer it practically fell off.

It was located right across from the river

The room was in dire need of a renovation. The cold water tap didn’t work, the paint was peeling on the walls, there were screws left in the wall where a picture or mirror once hung, the fridge had mold growing in it,and the breakfast tasted like the biscuits were a week old. The only positive was the gentleman behind the counter. He was a pleasure to deal with.
