I was very frustrated! The receptionist told us that one of our rooms got cancelled at 6:30 am the day we arrived. I don't understand why, especially since I paid for both rooms when I made the booking. The other thing I could think they cancelled one of our rooms because it was under a Latin last name. Never again I will book through this app. And I go to Arizona once a month. I will look for a different hotel and different place to book.
Negatives:
After cancelling one of our room, we asked if an extra hour can be granted to clock out at 12 and they weren’t able to grant that for us.
