We have stayed several times here but this time when housekeeping leaves an envelope in the room for you to leave a tip when they clean it up. and it’s not clean when you enter the room. All the shampoo and body wash bottles were empty and the floors were dirty.

The room tile floor was very dirty. I mean, very. The shower pressure and volume barely rinsed my hair. The lounge had virtually no alcohol....no bottled beers, no margaritas, no Jack Daniels, No dark beers. Not sure what else they were out of. I stopped asking. Charged me $15 to park my car! Pool table was worn and only two billiards cues worked. Breakfast was not free....neither was a bottle of water....on a room that was nearly $200.
