I liked most of the staff. Most of the staff were nice and actually did their job.
Negatives:
The general manager does not care for or about any of the paying customers/tenants. Along with some of the maids/cleaning ladies. They put me on the dnr list cause they said I broke the phone which I never used or touched. The general manager should do better inventory of the rooms before putting someone on the dnr list. Very poor customer service on his part.
