Everything was excellent until surprise opening of our room door middle afternoon with a knock or warning!

The furniture and linens were all in good condition. The room looked recently renovated and was very nice.

The room was clean and quiet, had fridge, microwave, everything we needed. Nothing fancy, but that was ok. And the price was right. I'll stay here again if I'm in Holbrook

The toilet door is a bit difficult to close. The air conditioner is a bit loud.

Marijuana was being smoked by some tenants. It was hard to avoid the smell of marijuana. Loud noises, people outside until about 2:00 AM. Could not sleep well--was a little nervous. The pictures on-line looked like it was a brand new Motel 6, so, how could it be bad? It wasn't brand new.

Helpful staff. The courtyard area, with pool and dino statues, is a great asset for the motel. Good usable laundry. Short walk to Bienvenidos for meals.
Negatives:
Rooms are in need of some maintenance - each room something different it seemed. Some beds a bit worn down. The hard flooring makes sense for cleaning, but it's easy to track in a bit of dust and grit that you can feel when walking around in rooms.
