The hotel was old and dirty. The area was bad. Police activity on the property was constant.

The place was so filthy and beat to shit by tweekers there was not a chance I was eating breakfast there.
Negatives:
Probably install a new toilet and most of all a new shower. There were holes in the wall in the shower and the shower had looked like it had been saved at least 17 times with paint. The entire tub was absolutely disgusting. I wasn’t sure if it was possible to come out cleaner after using it.

The rooms are dirty and smell of smoke even tho they are all non-smoking. The first room we had, the floors were sticky and it reeked of smoke. The 2nd room was better, but still had a smell. I went to Target and purchased febreeze to help with the smell. The front desk lady was nice enough but she told us that we were the 3rd group to ask for a new room because of the smell of smoke. She also had a habit of forgetting to return drivers licenses and had accumulated 3 different ones just that day!! Cops showed up one day we were there for some crisis intervention. Looks like they have some shady residents.

Positives:
I liked how the breakfast provided a waffle maker and batter to make waffles. I liked the juices (orange, cranberry, apple) offered and variety of pastry items. Although yogurt was available, I did not like the brand offered; would have preferred Chobani or other similiar yogurt offering.
Negatives:
I did not like the location. There were many sus people walking about the area, even late at night. As I arrived, there were many police cars with lights flashing nearby. Seemed liked a crime area.
