Positives: It was clean.
Negatives: The hot water was shut off at 7 am on 11/15 as a planned upgrade. This should have been noted when I made my reservations so I could find an alternate location. The hot tub was not available due to maintenance. Again, this should have been told to me prior to me confirming reservations.

Positives: Nothing this time around I had previously stayed at this property over the New Years Weekend and had enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable there. That is why I chose to make reservation unfortunately we never got to stay the front desk was very rude and I can only assume judgmental because they canceled my reservation and had denied even receiving my reservation after contacting the 3rd party booking.com they informed me that they had gotten my reservation 26 minutes ago and not to worry that the cancelation was free of charge but the property charged me anyway and at a higher rate than I paid for the room now I have to dispute the transaction and wait to be reimbursed
Negatives: The entire front desk staff, with their shady sneaky lies and attempts to cover their mistake as well as unethical practices.
