Positives: overall clean, good location, friendly staff. The desk clerk sent up an extra chair to use for dining. Bell road traffic noise not noticeable.

Negatives: The mattress was upside down, the bath tub drained very slowly, bath faucet dripped. when we brought it to the hotel’s attention they said they would take care of it. but it should have been noticed before our stay. no dishes were available. Difficult to get out of parking lot if you did not know to go through the next business’s lot to the light. (hard to notice in the dark)
