Positives: Shirley was nice but we feel she should have warned us about the property and it's conditions before we checked in. Especially after we let her know we had our children with us

Negatives: Everything. This room was very dirty and unsanitary. The toilet was clogged and didn't flush. Someone else had used the restroom and it was never taken care of before we checked in. They're was trash and drugs underneath the beds. Sex workers outside of our room. Drug deals and use on the property and by our room. The air conditioner was filthy. The room door looked like it had been kicked in several times. The fan didn't have a cover, outlets didn't have covers either. The sheets were stained with who knows what. Not a safe place for children. We checked out immediately after checking in. We are still waiting for a full refund. No one should be exposed to these conditions.

Positives: absolutely NOTHING!!

Negatives: Dirty Rundown Odor falling apart stains on the carpet wall vents falling off bedding horrible stains on the mattress this hotel is a rip off people up all night long no security the whole stay was unpleasant and needs to be shut down and remodeled was praying that we were safe all night slept maybe 3 hours total after checking in late at night. And last but no least the microwave smelt so back that we couldn’t even warm up our meals.

Positives: we liked the pics of what we thought we were staying in and the room was completely different.

Negatives: upon arrival, we noticed immediately that this specific room was not the room we confirmed with our reservation, even with that being the case we stayed in the room. the toilet seat was chipped, unable to be sat on. there was dirty panties from the previous tenants in the unclean bathroom. stains all over the floors, carpet coming up from the floor and what made us end our stay early was the roach that we recorded climbing the wall in the bedroom.

Negatives: Double charged me for a room, didn't give me the right amount of beds, non smoking room smelled like smoke, half the lights in the room didn't work, water turned off in the morning for about half an hour, microwave looked partially melted?? I talked to someone else who booked a room there and they didn't stay because they saw roaches as soon as they went into their room.
