Extended Stay America Suites - Phoenix - Biltmore

Negatives: we did not end up staying the room was dirty and mot stafe for my kid to stay there were mold on the wall broken flooring which someone could cut theor foot. which we did not stay there and they still want to charge my card i think its Bs

Negatives: The door to the room had had a half inch gap all the way around and when someone down the hallway slammed their door ours rattled like someone was trying to get in. Outside could stand to have the dog mess and cigarette butts cleaned up. Smokers need to find someplace besides right in the back doorway to smoke.

Negatives: the property was dirty. the room was dirty. the staff was rude especially the housekeepers they ran out of blankets, pillows and towels. we reserved a studio for 5 people and they gave us 2 towels and said we have no more.

Negatives: Our room faced the street, and it was quite loud. That is not the hotels fault though, but if you are a light sleeper, you will want a room on the opposite side of the building.

Negatives: Stay longer! ;)

Negatives: Broken elevator, no rooms available on first floor, dirty stairwells, poor bedding (linens) and indifferent staff.

Negatives: Bed was very uncomfortable

Negatives: Hi Caitlyn, I am writing to you about a scary and disappointing stay we had with you you guys here at the Extended Stay America. We were here from 2/25th-2/27th.  My children and I encountered upon check in an out of order elevator to use for our 3rd floor room#332.  Which made it extremely uncomfortable since I have double hip and knee arthritis. Plus, no hot breakfast.  I even sent you guys a message on 2/17/2023 with no response. The room was not fully clean and the showerhead is coming out of the wall. I took pictures to share with corporate . Lastly, what a scary ordeal for my two sons to encounter with a woman screaming saying she was a hostage and a man using obscene foul language all in the lobby of the hotel.   This is worst hotel experience I have encountered. What makes it worse is that this is our first trip to Phoenix after my husband passed 15 months ago  Xavion and Vanessa have excellent customer service and professional skills. Thank God. At least my boys were able to see and here the police being called to handle the situation. It's sad that my review has turned out this way.

Negatives: I booked through booking website expecting that I had a room waiting for me. when I went to go check in they said all the rooms were booked even though I had a confirmation there was a room for my family and I

Negatives: I indicated that I needed a first floor room as my husband is disabled, and they were not able to accommodate. On top of that, the elevator was broken so my husband had to climb stairs to get to our room. Our room was located towards the very rear of the hotel, and there weren’t any handicap parking spaces in the area. We needed sheets for the pull out sofa bed, and when I called the front desk, the receptionist informed me that she was alone and requested that I come to pick up the sheets. I didn’t mind but didn’t like that they were so understaffed. Our non-smoking room’s bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke and the area located at the exit door was loaded with trash outside of the already full garbage can and was still there when we checked out.
