Positives: the room was clean and nice.
Negatives: -no breakfast because they ran out of coffee, so they put it all away. -wouldn’t give me a wifi password because it expires on your checkout day. i checked in right before midnight and needed it for work from 5am- 11am they refused. - we were told late check out but when we called the front desk they said they dont do that at their site.

Negatives: Dirty room. And was refused clean sheets when asked because of the dirty room. Upon entering I inspected the room and mentioned the non smoking room smelled like smoke. In the morning they tried to keep my deposit for the smell. Garbage and belongings were there from previous renter and the TV mount was unable to pivot, so you cannot watch TV from the bed comfortably. I will unfortunately not return. Not even for a free night

Negatives: Went to check in and was given a key for the room so that I could look at it before check in for damages. A $200 room deposit charged on my credit card at check in. Check out is at 1100 and I was disturbed with a phone call at 0800 the day I was checking out to ask when I was vacating the room. Went to the lobby to hand my key in and receive a receipt for my stay and waited until the receptionist had someone go to the room to look and see if my husband and I damaged the room. The room was already damaged from rust in the bathtub, and walls, leak damage in the ceiling, cabinet doors and drawers scratched, and were difficult to open, curtains with holes in them. I was offended that they assumed I would damage the already damaged room. My $200 deposit will take 7 to 10 days for me to receive it back on my card. Free breakfast included with room, was a joke! Muffins, coffee, instant oatmeal and granola bars. Wow, I will not recommend this place ever!

Positives: DONT STAY HERE IT'S AWFUL! I didn't like Nothing about this place.
Negatives: It took an hour to get checked into a non smoking room that smelled like someone just finished smoking a cigarette in the room, it was dirty they didn't have any other rooms available there, I saw dead bugs on the floor in the room, they dont have ice machines, they took $200 deposit, it took over 2 weeks to get refunded, the manager was telling me how booking.com was crap that they always have problem with people that book with them, this is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed at PERIOD!!!
