Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy). Positives: The "breakfast" was a total joke. Packaged muffins, extra-small granola bars, and weak coffee. The air-conditioning was set to 62, and running, when we checked in, and the carpet was damp. The shower didn't work. While it's an extended stay, with kitchenette, there was nothing in the kitchen. When I asked, I had to go get it myself at the front desk. The highway noise was constant. the young man who checked us in the first night was polite and helpful. Not true of the other staff.

Negatives: They asked to put a hold on our credit card for potential damages. Two days later they processed the hold as a purchase. Two days after we checked out, we still have not received the credit back on our card. In other words, they've given themselves a loan. Imagine how much money they "use" when they "borrow" $200 for every room for every hotel in the country.

Positives: Decent sized room with kitchenette. Accepts pets. Smells great as soon as you walk in the front door.

Negatives: Hallway not really vacuumed. I think I heard them vacuuming once, but in general, the carpet looks dirty.
