The hot tub in my building was broken. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The toiletries were empty. The headboard upholstery was flaking and falling apart. This room is not worth $300 a night.

The room was very spacious and clean. Property location was great and clean. Loved having elevators. most staff was friendly and helpful when asked for.
Negatives:
The water park closed way too early. That would have been nice to know when I checked in as we would have been able to take better advantage. It was hard to get anyone to attend to us to order anything while there. Then once we finally put an order in, it was wrong. phones not working . Had to google the hotel number and call each time I had a question about anything. Menus would have been nice along with hours and prices for on site food options/room service. Lotion was nearly empty. Microwave in room was much needed.

Check in is late 4pm and the lazy river which is the reason we chose this location was closed at 5 that day. They never opened it back up. The Pools were small and over crowded. The jacuzzi was dirty. The slide was closed. I don't feel like we gor our monies worth
