My room wasnt cleaned from the previous tenant when I got checked in. I then asked them to clean it as I had plans and had to leave quickly anyway. When I came back 5 hours later, it had still not been cleaned. So they put me in a room they thought was ready....wasnt...and then didnt have it immediately cleaned for my return. So, essentially one of the two days I stayed there I had a filthy room. Its completely unacceptable.
