Positives: FRONT DESK VERY HELPFUL WITH GETTING US FRESH LINENS AND TOWELS!

Negatives: EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED HAD 3 DAYS NO HOT WATER WERE TOLD EACH DAY THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED IN A FEW HOURS WE FINALLY ASKED TO MOVE (& FELT WE SHOULD HAVE AN UPGRADED ROOM) WE HAD TO WAIT FOR APPROVAL WHICH NEVER HEARD BACK!! ALSO WEBSITE STATES FREE WIFI AFTER 2 WEEKS OF BEING TOLD THEY ARE FIXIBG IT THEY FINALLY SAID THEY DONT HAVE INTERNET. THEIR PRICE SHOULD REFLECT ALL THE NO LONGER SERVICES. AND WE SHOULD OF. BEEN GIVEN A % REFUND FOR NO HOT WATER THATS A HUGE INCONVENIENCE!!!!
