Positives: Nothing best! Scary location.
Negatives: Scary place, very dirty grounds. Debris all over. Very uncomfortable to walk to the room. Room was less than basic. Holes punched in door to bathroom, broken toilet seat. Dirty furniture, put a towel on the chair to sit down. Wore slippers the whole time

Positives: I love the newly renovated rooms. A major improvement! Honestly, this hotel use to be terrible! It had or has a reputation. If anyone knows what im talking about, then you shouldgive Premier Metro Center another try. You will be pleasantly suprised...

Positives: This hotel is a total failure. I'm only giving it a poor rating because there is nothing lesser to give. The rooms were filthy, poorly maintained, unclean. The floor was delaminating, the bathroom had mold around the tubs. the bed was broken.
Negatives: the check in clerk was rude both at check in and check out. I arrived after driving for some 8 hours and needed to use the restroom only to find the lobby men's room posted "OUT OF SERVICE".
