Location was ideal for our family gathering.
Negatives:
Noise level was over the top. Roads into and out of the hotel were in bad shape. The exit driveway had a large 1 foot deep pot hole that was left unmarked. If a car hit that it would definitely damage the car and leave it stuck. Not many decent restaurants nearby. Room had broken light which also served to provide power to iron (but didn’t work). Microwave had a bright blue light that we had to cover up to sleep and freeway noise was crazy loud as if there was no window. Out card keys stopped working on 2nd day and required us to get them reset.

There were boxes in the seated area, no working downstairs bathroom, filthy elevator, rude & unaccommodating staff that treated me like a vagrant, not a guest spending $300 a night.
I even had to get into a yelling match with the male staff downstairs to get my Door Dash meal. I called him from my room after receiving a notification that it had arrived. But wasn’t outside of my door like it had been the previous night. After just speaking with him telling him my name and room number and that I’m coming right down. 30 seconds later I tell him that I’m here to get my Door Dash order and he starts grilling me with my name, room number, which I gave him, then he asked to see my ID or hotel card. What!? That was the last straw. I had been treated rudely by all of the staff, aside from my first night. He was pulling an attitude and started an argument with me. The management at this hotel needs to rehire and train their staff on how to be hospitable. He was screaming at me and it almost got down to a physical altercation.

The check in was extremely slow. They made all of us show our ID even though we were a family -parents almost 70, kids 35+. The whole place reeked of pot. The halls and rooms were extremely dirty. Blood on the mirrors, bedding stained, tub and toilet gross. Sounded like rats in the walls! Felt very unsafe. Just nasty.
